I find it useful because it keeps all of my notes organized and in the same format, which for me is very time-efficient. I especially like having a specific area for my therapy activities so that when it's time for the next session, it's quick and easy for me to refer to which activities that I used during the last session. I use a system to help me gauge the child's interest in the activities and toys that were used. I use a simple +++ (adored it and was engaged), ++ (loved it and engaged but for a short time), + (not really interested nor engaged).
